Annotation	This study on adoptions in the Czech Republic is the continuation of a research project of the Centre substitute family care, in which are mapped the learning experience of adoption abroad (England and Denmark, see Paleček and Kocman 2017). The aim is to promote the debate on the improvement of children's adoptions and the system settings. Material to the qualitative analysis were the texts of laws, literature, journalistic articles or texts from various websites dedicated to discussions and experience of adoptive parents, and data resulting directly in the context of this research.
