Annotation	Possible forms of participation means the widest range of activities from their own active involvement in identifying and training talented children and youth to a form of financial or material support from the employers. The study relates to specific policies, strategies and offers employers in relation to the application of gifted children. You should relate mainly to the way familiarization and increase their interest in the field of education of gifted children, the development of the conditions for the application of assumptions gifted and effective development in a practical context field. The aim of the research is to obtain categorical descriptions of typical profiles of gifted children in terms of experience - employers' needs and possibilities of their application. The aim is to provide an overview of specific options for supporting educational activities for gifted children from employers in confrontation with the current legislative framework. This study provides a basic overview information about the level of topical issues for the employer, its characteristics and obstacles.
