Annotation The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the issues of socially pathological phenomena in pupils at 2nd level of primary schools. The theoretical part contains the definition of social patology and description of some pathological phenomena. It characterizes developmental stage of a pupil at 2nd level of primary school. Altogether, it focuses on the factors which participate and influence the formation of pathological phenomena among pupils In detail, it deals with the most important factor, and this is a family. It mentions legislation dealing with socially pathologcal phenomena of pupils and also deals with the prevention, elimination and solution of occurrence of these phenomena among pupils. The practical part wants to discover which pathological phenomena occur most frequently among pupils, with a differentiation between girls and boys, as well as by type of school and where the school is located.
