Annotation	This dissertation is based on the fact that youth crime is a serious societal problem. The main objective of the presented work is to identify the key and current problems of youth crime in the Czech Republic, to analyse and evaluate them, as well as to carry out a thorough analysis of the criminal protection of youth. The research was made up of a questionnaire survey.
