| Annotation | The bachelor thesis focuses on motivation leading to extracurricular work with children and youth. On a sample of 171 volunteer and paid leaders, they verify whether the performance motivation of the target group differs with respect to the general population, whether it is related to the individual's position in the organization and whether it is influenced by any financial evaluation. A personal questionnaire summarizing basic information about respondents and the LMI motivation questionnaire by Schuler and Prochaska were used to obtain the data. |
