Project logic and project management of learning mobility of individuals within programme Erasmus+ Youth

Annotation	This work is dedicated to project management of non-formal educational projects financed by Erasmus+ programme and focused on youth and youth workers. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part explains the principles and aims of Erasmus+ programme. It shows the main aspects of project management and analyses how the project logic is integrated to the Erasmus+ grant application form. The practical part is a case study of a non-governmental organization Asociace DICE and its creation and management of non-formal educational projects. As a result of the case study, I come with suggestions for improvement of the management for this kind of projects.
