Teacher´s personality and associated assumptions become victims of assault by students

Annotation The goal of this work is to explore the issue of violence against teachers view students. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical solutions, issues of teacher's personality and bullying of teachers in general (definitions, forms of bullying, bullying participants, causes and consequences of bullying). The second part is focused on the research, in which participants were asked to debate their own views and experiences related to the personality of the teacher and the associated probability that the teacher will become the victims of their students. Data for the research was collected through focus group method. A group of students discussed the prepared topics related to the teacher's personality, the position of teacher in the society, forms, causes and consequences of violence against teachers. Subjects were classified into different catego- 3 ries according to predefined keywords called codes. In the final chapter the identified data is interpreted.
