Annotation	The aim of the diploma work was to provide the basic informations about disfuncitional families and also on the functioning of institutions that ensure the assistance to socially disadvantaged or disfuncitional families. In this diploma work the author tried to destribe the consequenceees and the rise of various patological phenomenons e.g. alcoholism of parents, home assaults, unemplyment and connected lack of parental care of their young children. In the practical part the author presented cases of social workers and I evaluted the individual cases and accepted follewing recommendation and improvement.
