Annotation	The aim of the survey of the Prague Center for Primary Prevention was to determine the impact of the spread of COVID-19, which resulted in the closure of schools and distance learning, on the activities of providers of school primary prevention of risky behavior. The survey was performed by the quantitative method. The online questionnaire was completed by representatives of a total of 13 providers of school primary prevention of risky behavior.
