Annotation	The diploma thesis deals with a child's socialization into the role of pupil kindergarten. Within socialization they are examined in particular the role of children in each group and the processes related to them. The main goal is to describe the less explored knowledge in the socialization of children into the role of the pupil, especially in the role in the group. The main factors are the role of children, negotiating strategies and rules. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and defines basic concepts which belong among preschool age, playing and socialization. The second part is focused empirically, presents the results of research and observation while addressing research questions.
